(b) For the above purposes, JetBrains may process the user`s IP address, username, password, first name, surname, full name, email addresses, public SSH keys and other data as described in our privacy policy. By purchasing and/or using AJAX products and software for commercial purposes (z.B. as a service delivery tool), you confirm that you are joining this agreement, that you accept and recognize the privacy policy presented on our website (ajax.systems/privacy-policy/) and that you guarantee that AJAX`s privacy policy will be adhered to to the extent provided by AJAX with respect to third parties and/or all users to which AJAX has accessed. In addition, you hereafter guarantee that you have the appropriate capacity and means to enforce the above directive. 4. Other Software This contract does not apply to open source code software included in products or third-party software that holds a separate license under various separate licensing agreements (“Other Software”). Other software is not subject to the terms of this Agreement, but is made available to you in accordance with the terms of relevant licensing agreements with third parties (hereafter referred to as “Other Software Terms”). The other copyrights of the software belong to the stakeholders listed in the Other Software Terms. The terms and conditions of this contract, which are contrary to the terms of licensing agreements for other software, do not apply to other software. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights or grants you rights that detract from the terms of an end-user license applicable to other software. 1.

Object This agreement governs on the one hand the legal rights and obligations of end-users of products and software, on the one hand, and AJAX on the other. This agreement governs intellectual property rights, privacy policies, guarantees and other issues outlined in this agreement. 9. Copyright and trademarks All materials and information content on the AJAX website (ajax.systems), in AJAX mobile or other applications and within its software are the property and are used by AJAX. You are not permitted to copy, disseminate or disclose information material or content (including logos, images or data) or to use it in any manner inconsistent with the exclusive rights of the copyright holder or trademark holder, unless you have our written permission. All elements and objects used in the software, including but not limited to images (static and dynamic), texts, features, user interface, audio and sound tracks, as well as color combinations, are the intellectual property of AJAX and can only be used by you in the software for the use of the software as described in the agreement. You are not allowed to disassemble the software or extract elements/objects from the software. You also do not have the right to create copies of objects or objects by copying software, or to create screenshots for any purpose other than to inform AJAX support of technical problems that may arise when using the software or products.

All rights that are not expressly granted to you under the licence under this Agreement or other applicable agreements belong to AJAX. The contract comes into effect from the date of purchase/start of use of the AJAX product or AJAX software and for existing users from the date of its publication on this site.
